MC Life and Conditions

TEAM DATES- Must be available physically at the MC office no later than 15th of May
- Must be available virtual/physical transition starting from 1st of April
- The MC term officially starts from the 1st of July 2023 till the 30th of June 2023 which is a total period of 12 months and one extra paid shadowing month (June of 2023)

WORKING CONDITIONSThe MC office is located in New Maadi along with MC Flat, where working spaces, internet and other essential facilities are provided. Traveling for the sake of Serving AIESEC in Egypt will be covered based on 23|24 financial Budget

ORGANIZATIONAL LONG TERM STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
1. Assess AIESEC in Egypt culture and propose the culture you want to implement, including a change management plan.
2. Assess the state of all AIESEC in Egypt expansions, and provide a plan to have all Expansions jump to full membership LCs in one year.
3. If you will design a new OD Model for AIESEC Egypt, what will be the most relevant metrics that would ensure the growth of AIESEC Egypt's LCs? What will be the KPIs and MoS of each element in the metrics?
4. How can we create a better R&R system for AIESEC Egypt that can improve AIESEC Egypt membership performance in all products and back office, while maintaining healthy competition between the network?
5. Create a detailed timeline to make AIESEC Egypt top 1 globally, including (not limited to): National and local conferences, Operational and functional visits, LCPs, and EBs selection process and transition.
6. Create coaching systems and routines, and a network management plan.

HUMAN RESOUCRES MANAGEMENT
1. a consumer-flow-based consumer Journey review for all AIESEC member durations. What are the main gaps and changes we need to make? Set the action plan for its implementation and describe the synergy's role in making this happen.
2. How do you see the impact of Membership experience on AIESEC in Egypt? How can you capitalize on the MXP processes (funnel journey)?
3. Please evaluate and assess the current Performance Management System of AIESEC in Egypt, and identify 3 main areas of improvement.
4. Create a Profiling system for AIESEC in Egypt Membership.
5. Assess the level of education for AIESEC Egypt membership and how can we ensure delivering basic general and functional education for every single member in AIESEC Egypt, and how can utilize local conferences to ensure that.
6. Create a detailed internal communication plan for AIESEC Egypt, that can help in implementing your vision for membership experience, and increase performance, highlighting the campaign's messages timeline and channels.

ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH AND RISK MANAGEMENT
1. What does it mean to you to have all entities sustainable? Based on your answer, how do you assess overall AIESEC's sustainability currently? Why do you think that it is this way?
2. What are the main risks and potential crises that might affect AIESEC in the near future? How would you avoid/ minimize their impact on the entity?
3. What are the biggest challenges in finance and legal in 22|23? How would you overcome them in the year 23|24?
4. What would be the key indicators you would measure from all entities to know how healthy is AIESEC? How would you collect data? What is the analysis you would do with the data?
5. Propose 3 new sources of revenue and 3 cost-cutting strategies.
6. Create a utilization plan for EFB and draw the line between the responsibilities of MC and EFB in financial management.

ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCT STRATEGY
1. Choose an ELD Product (In case you apply for OGT/IGT, Consider them as two separate products [GTa & GTe]): if you are applying for the Head of exchange role you will need to answer for all 6 ELD Products
  a. Do a funnel analysis for the product. What are the main gaps in the funnel? What do we need to change to fix these gaps? Set an action plan for the implementation of these changes and describe the required synergies for ensuring this happens
  b. Do a supply and demand analysis for the product. What are our main IR partners, and their performance together on each phase in the customer flow? Define the top 5 IRs and the strategies to grow with them. Define the main focus projects *in case you apply for ICX*, and how you will maximize the utilization of the market.
  c. Study the growth of the product and our market share over the past 5 years, and analyze what makes top entities in this year have this market share. Provide at least 3 ideas to take the biggest market share in the next year.
  d. How are you going to ensure the best experience for all your stakeholders (youth and partners), and how to ensure a minimum of 95% standard delivery in your program?
2. What are the key areas of responsibility of a Product Head? Benchmark with at least three examples from external organizations and identify how those external examples could be implemented in AIESEC.
3. Do your network management planning for 23.24 Take into consideration routine, capacity building, communication, and touch-points.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND PORTFOLIO EVOLUTION
1. Besides the current product portfolio, what additional products would you implement to engage our partners in a more strategic and impactful way? State at least 3 new products.
2. How can AIESEC in Egypt be branded as a leadership development organization through partnerships? What will your contribution be like? What kind of partnerships will make this happen?
3. How can the ER department support operational upscaling and help by finding solutions to make more exchanges through partnerships, please provide a minimum of 5 Ideas.
4. Provide a detailed assessment of the campus state of AIESEC in Egypt. Provide at least three strategies on how to access 100% of Egypt's campuses for PR and BD partners.
5. Why should we do offline marketing? Mention at least three strategies of offline marketing from the external market and how we integrate them in AIESEC in Egypt.
6. Do SWOT analysis of the current EwA initiatives, mention if these initiatives help upscale operations. What are the strategies to create initiatives that ensure offline exposure for the organization?

ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS AND DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
1. Which external technology trends should AIESEC capitalize on in the upcoming years? Propose at least two concrete initiatives that would incorporate that trend inside of our technology strategy. Choose one of them and provide a plan for how you will implement it in the entity next year.
2. Mention all types of Data that we gather and use in AIESEC in Egypt, How to visualize this data to have the best analysis for all operations and resources we have. How does this impact AIESEC in Egypt for the next year? (Don’t answer this question if you are applying for DM)
3. If you choose one thing (whatever it is, a platform or a project) to work on throughout the term, what is it? And how this will impact AIESEC in Egypt in its next term vision, to help it be in its next stage.
4. Mention all types of users that use our platforms. Provide a detailed analysis for all the platforms at least but not limited to their user experience and their features. Mention how it can be improved.
5. Provide a roadmap for the Digital Experience and Information Management of AIESEC in Egypt for the next three years.

MARKETS EXPANSIONS AND GROWTH
1. Create a full market research for Egypt’s campuses Mention potential 5 markets from the universities of Egypt, that you see as potential to expand in, and provide a detailed plan on how these markets can turn into a startup in 6 months, including and not limited to: timeline, HR, and physical and digital access, and goals for each market expansion.
2. What will be your criteria for selecting the Market expansion manager, and your plan to ensure getting the needed HR capacity from the campuses?
3. Mention 5 potential entities from the international network to grow with, create a utilization plan for each of them, and calculate the ROI of the financial investments for the ceederships.
4. Study the relevance between the role of “growth” and the external market and the importance of it to organizational growth, and mention 3 external references from organizations that benefit from market expansions.
5. How can you ensure getting a minimum 80% ICX market share, from all MEA region operations through expanding in New Markets?
